Asked for a quote then emailed the files so they could give me an accurate quote. Waited four hours and no response. No confirmation either that they received my email with the files. Called for a quote at noon and by 4.30pm no one called or emailed me with a quote. Called in but the sales person was on the other line and I was offered to leave a voicemail. Declined and let them know that I didn't need a quote anymore. If you need more more than four hours to give a simple quote than I cannot imagine how long you would wait for the printing and delivery of the material.
