I just want to start off by saying I never leave reviews but I had to in this case! I was so pleased with my experience. I met with Kimberly Daino to book a 2 week trip to Italy with my cousin and SHE WAS AMAZING. I will always book with KIM. I recommend her to everyone!! She is passionate, hard working and so sweet!! She goes above and beyond. She is so dedicated and spent hours helping me. I kept changing my mind about things and she was so patient and understanding. I am so lucky to have found Kim and I will never go to anyone else! I recommend to ask for her if you book with this company you will NOT be disappointed!!
