We went to Liberty to speak to an agent about a vacation. We spoke with Elva.. We mentioned our plans and she kept pushing the Hard Rock Cafe in Cancun. I explained that I am not a fan of the Hard Rock hotels..and I voiced my opinion that Cancun was not one of our choices because of all that is going on there.. She basically played down my reply like it was no big deal. From the news reports YTD they have had 100 murders and there is a state department not to travel there.. I doubt we will be going back to Liberty

I typically try not to write negative reviews but I am not very pleased with my experience. I inquired about a trip to Ireland on Sunday and spoke with Elva. During the visit we told her that we would like to do an independent vacation and are not interested in being a part of a group tour with set itinerary. She still insisted that was the best way to go and that She wouldn’t want to drive in Ireland although that’s what we want. So she asks me to email some things that we thought about doing, hoping that she’d keep in contact and help us out. I emailed her back on Monday to make sure she received my email but all she did was respond once and told me what I wanted was crazy...ok. Haven’t heard from her since then so I just assume she wasn’t interested in helping. I’m in contact with a travel agent now at a different company who is actually interested in putting something together. Thanks!

Chelsea wasn’t helpful at all. I don’t know if she just woke up from nap or something, she wasn’t willing to answer any of my questions. Basically all she said was no no and I don’t know. I think searching on the internet is much friendly and personal than dealing with Hass. I don’t how they keep up with the business. Next fest associate was more helpful than her. He gave me the brochure and greet me with smile. I will never go there again.
