Never thought of using a travel agency to book my travel, I have always booked it myself online. However, I am glad that I used Liberty travel. Stephanie P was a great help. She asked me questions that I never even thought of before- for example an airport transfer. I always thought it was too expensive- she found a private transfer that met us after customs with a sign and took us directly to our hotel (an hour from the airport.) If we didn't have that, we would have been fumbling with four suitcases and walking/subway! If you want worry free travel go to the experts- it is WORTH IT!
