Sales practices are BEYOND irritating. They call every week to waste my time, when I say no I get questions, when I say we're happy with our current provider, I get more questions, when I explain to them that I'm busy they simply ignore this statement and try to schedule me to look at their software. I completely understand cold-calling is a hard job, one they are simply trying to do but when someone says they aren't interested and has asked several times to be removed from the call list, the next step is reporting to the FCC. Even if we consider switching, it will not be to Lighthouse due to their complete disregard for my time serving our patients.
