For several years not, I have used Lightning bug as my sole branding/marketing resource for my law firm. Far from just offering a remarkable selection of promotional materials (literally anything you can think of that you can put your brand on by the way), Patrick at Lightning bug is a marketing guru. He isn't just trying to sell you a product here or there, he takes the time to consult with you on your goals and your market and will offer his expertise on the best way to develop and and then leverage your brand. I came to the table as a pretty good attorney, but one with zero marketing ability. Patrick worked with me to establish my niche and my brand and then worked with me to find the best 'bang for the buck' marketing tools. I couldn't be happier and my business has grown exponentially. One last thing, if you are interested in EDDM with the post office, its complex stuff, but you can completely and seemlessly outsource yours to Lightning Bug (I did and now we are very successfully pushing out laser beam targeted mailers every few months).

I receive so many compliments on the design and quality of work when I put it up. They are incredibly thorough and go above and beyond to learn more about your business, marketing goals, and branding and offer up insightful solutions and products that really do the job. In addition to their vast knowledge and expertise with branding, they also care for and support their local community. They donated banners for a local non-profit event last year and are always willing to step in and help a community program if they can. A family owned and operated business, I will definitely trust the Lightningbug team with my next promotion!

Have been doing business with for years with no issues. They recently had a major mis-spelling error that makes our company look like a joke and won't allow us to return/refund.Update: They have offered to fix the mistake. When they fixed the mistake they took black screen print and printed over the old issue and re-printed on top of that and you can still see the error on the other side. Looks like a joke.
