Was with them for many years, but service kept getting worse and they missed our pickup frequently. When I’d call they’d say we would get an extra week as they couldn’t do a makeup day. Finally they missed us twice in a row and when I called to let them know, the person in charge of service told the customer service agent that we didn’t have our can our and we do this all the time. I’ve NEVER called if I forgot to put it out the night before and now it’s been at the end of the driveway for a week and a half, as I left it there after they missed it the first time. Because of their incompetence and trying to blame me, I had to switch.
