I used to be a client years ago and had great customer service. This is not the case now. I was looking to get an auto policy. I had few cars I was looking at and requested quotes for them on February 21. At the time the computers were down. I was contacted by email from Mary the next day saying they were working. That is the LAST I have heard from the office. I ended up going with one of their competitors.
