The staff is exceptionally helpful and sensitive to the help of the public, however the receptionist that answers the phone is not only rude on the phone, but in person as well. She needs help with her people skills. Rest of the staff is top notch! Deavia (child/teen worker) is exceptional at her job and a great person. She is kind, considerate and reliable. Quality and valued conversation with Miss Deavia!!! She really makes a difference! 10+ ? for Deavia!!!
