This is the third time i called their number just to get some quick info, I was teleprompted each time to leave a message (name and number) and then it'll say the mailbox is full. How at 9 am and or right when you open? They need better receptionists, organization or something because the mailbox shouldn't be full literally EVERY DAY. I hear about how professional they are from the reviews and stuff and I do plan to come in to the office but it's inconvenient for those who are busy and just have a quick question. I'll give more stars after I go in and hopefully they can explain the reason why their stuff is so full. I get it's a modeling agency but that doesn't mean you shouldn't handle phone calls and etc professionally.
