I can't speak highly enough of the team at Little Big and all they do! This is a results focused company with a genuine personal touch. I have engaged the services of the Little Big team on a wide range of projects and across a number of sectors (hospitality, food, retail, events & fashion) over a five year period. I have always been greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism, even in the most testing of situations, and I credit them not only in the success of the projects I have engaged them to work on, but also in my own personal success. Sally and her highly energetic team have supported me throughout my career and come to the rescue on projects where others have failed. The phenomenal PR results they achieved during my time as Promotions Manager at Queen Victoria Market and the Night Market were instrumental in exceeding visitation targets and brand awareness. In particular, Jarryd and Penny's hands on approach to promotion is both proactive and spontaneous, so much so that they were considered part of the QVM team and welcomed by staff and traders alike. When it comes to Little Big, I've got a large amount of respect!

Just asked them to do a rush job and they quickly came up with a great design and organised the printing as well. No fuss - just asked the right questions so they worked out what we wanted and the best approach to provide this at a good price. Highly recommended!

This company doesnt listen to its clients. Spend thousands of dollars with zero results and a huge huge waste of time. Spelling mistakes, poor graphic design, advertised to parts of the world that we advised them not to serveral times, advertised to the complete opposite people. Had to keep contacting them for updates.Once the sales meetings were over and they had our money/contract it all went down hill. Happy to take your money but cannot deliver. Can't bother to call you, just go back and forth on emails advising 'we did good' with NO explanation or addressing any concerns. Cannot believe how poorly it was handled.
