My partner and I recently purchased our first home and the entire buying experience with Nick was just amazing. With no intention of buying we stumbled into a neighbourhood house for sale while on a walk and we instantly fell in love with the house. It was such a pleasure throughout the whole process and the extra effort they put in to accommodate a busy working family was greatly appreciated! From the first steps into the house we knew it was perfect for us, and LJ Hooker made it happen.

By far the most disgusting service I have received by any business I have ever dealt with. I couldn't possibly recommend this business to anyone!----- In response to your response. I do completely understand the legislation which is not my concern. Which is why it's now in the hands of the RTA and will probably proceed to Qcat. We were never late with rent ever, we actually paid out our rent early before the tenancy was complete. We never had a breach during the whole tenancy.The previous real estate we chose to rent the home through was not even your company. It was only that the landlord decided to change real estate agencies in the last month or so when the problems started for us. It's the deceptive nature of your team, based on my experience that lead me to leave this review.It's the fact that we never had an issue until dealing with your company. In fact we had many compliments for the way we looked after the property.It's the fact that your representative told us "Thank you for leaving the house in such a great condition, and then submitted the Refund of rental bond (Form 4) the day before the final inspection and pretended that she had not submitted it. Gave us the forms and told us she would help submit it for us. But never told us she made a claim on the entire bond amount the day before the final inspection. In my eyes, this is very deceptive and sneaky behaviour!Several people in the local area warned me about dealing with your company and that I should expect problems when dealing with LJ Hooker Victoria Point, but you guys really confirmed what I heard to be true by yourselfs. Its funny how your five star review appeared the day you responded to my review. I guess people can use their own judgement on that :) lol...If anyone is looking for a friendly and professional "TRUSTWORTHY" real estate, I would highly recommend Freedom Rent Care. We have rented multiple properties from Freedom and never had an issue, in fact it has been a very pleasant experience.
