I have dealt with most staffing agencies in the greater Baton Rouge area and Lofton is one of the good ones. The key with ANY staffing agency is to follow up. If you do, they will keep you name in mind when jobs come up and reach out. Also, their job board of available positions is real. Not some fake none-sense posted to get people to submit applications. They update their job board daily! If it’s up there, odds are the position is still accepting resumes. You want a good experience? Follow up and inquire about your resume and positions you are interested ins I promise they will respond in kind. :)
