I really would like to give a five star review because the town of Logan itself is amazing, but I have never dealt with worse issues trying to set up and pay my utilities. It's incredibly difficult to do anything online. For instance: today after reseting my password, I was told I was not authorized to access my account, no other explanation given. It's just frustrating beyond belief! You'd think they'd make it a little easier to give them money! As soon as the website is fixed and actually usable, the stars will go up.
