As a Realtor, I am always looking for great marketing services. Logo Advantage was wonderful! They helped tweak my logo and provided great feedback and fast service. I had a budget and they helped me make the most of my dollars spent. Very nice results and the products were well put together and looked amazing. Highly recommend.

6 out of 7 of my orders weren't right. I went to a different company down the street from them called inkd t and was thoroughly impressed. They didn't even want a payment until I saw the finished product and was happy with it

Wow, what an incredibly unprofessional organization. TLDR; Took over a week to get back with a quote, didn't call back when they said they would, never ordered the shirt I requested, and left us no time to find another provider before an important event.I wanted to do business with a local company, so decided to stop in and see if they could accommodate a small embroidery order (3 shirts, 3 hats). I had 10 days until an event and they said no problem at all, even though they would have to order the shirt I wanted because they didn't have it in my color, nor did they have one in my size. I wasn't sure if I'd need a small or medium so they said they'd order both and I could try them on.Called to check on the order two business days later because they hadn't given us a quote. They said they'd call back with the price, still no problem getting the order done.Called again two days later after not hearing back from them, said they'd call back with a price. Still no problem with the order.Called again the next day (a Friday, event to be held the following Tuesday), finally they sent us a quote at nearly 4pm, charging us for both the small and medium shirts even though we'd only be getting the one that fit me.When told I'd be stopping in before closing at 6pm to try on the shirts, they seemed miffed that we'd be bothering them just prior to close. They then called back to let us know that they had never actually ordered the shirts and that I'd have to choose from what they had on hand.I canceled the order. It probably won't make a big difference to their bottom line - I'm aware it was a small order but that's no reason to treat a potential customer that way, particularly when that customer is a digital marketing company that is not afraid to spread the word about poor service online.
