Overall Feedback:

Absolutely dreadful service for the logo. I sent my first brief and it was loosely followed. I sent an exact and clear 2nd brief and it wasn't followed, and also the 3rd and 4th brief weren't followed. I had continuously chase them up. What was supposed to be a quick turnaround has taken 12 days and it's STILL not finalised. All for a simple logo.
