The most unapologeticly awful customer service. I spent about two hours designing a going away gift in person and over email. A staff member Tonya, gave me a two week estimate for completion. I never received an artwork proof and I called after two weeks to follow up. Tonya told me another staff member was out sick, and they may not be able to do my project. She told me to expect a phone call from her on a specific day with a final answer. I never received that call. When I complained about the lack of communication, Tonya literally said, "that's the name of our game here."
