Terrible. Was promised my house would sell soon and it’s been on the market for two years with one measles offer that was WAY below asking price. Scotty doesn’t return my calls until days even weeks later, she’s pretty much stopped taking my calls. These agents don’t even try. They are as aggressive as a bunny rabbit. Pretty much when they get your contract they don’t care, the house will sell itself eventually so why work? Don’t waste your time with them!

Our experience was horrible. We called to make an appointment with the realtor to see a house 7015 river rd Halifax va. The realtor said we had to be pre approved before he could even show us the house. I have looked at many homes in the same price range, some a lot nicer and more land and never once have I been asked for a pre approval letter. The home we live in now is a 200,000 home and are looking to upgrade. A realtor who won’t let you view a home when you’re looking must want the house for himself and it needs to be taken off the market. We even called another realtor so she could show it to us and he told her no. I have never heard of a realtor turning away customers.

New to South Boston Town. Not impressed by Long and foster. First time met with Lewey compton showed the house then promised to show some more house in the following week but poor follow up. Called multiple times but no call back or reply. so would not recommend him . Another one is Jermy : He definitly can use some more professional training to improve skills. Ms. Scotty felton is the best. She is very professional and takes time and effort in showing different house and work with you. Please select Ms. Felton if you have to use Long and foster company.

fair experience. Not very impressed with the service. I kept wondering who was the client and who was the agent as I had to keep calling them and showing up at their office for answers. Also not very aggressive with my house. I ultimately went to a different real estate agent to get my house sold. Also disregard John Cannon's review, he is engaged to an agent. I think that's conflict of interest.

Realtors never around. They get your listing and then hard to reach. I had my house on the market for over a year and they kept giving me the same line "market is bad". It seemed to me they weren't aggressive enough. Also they present crappy offers usually contingent on a sale of the buyers other home. I had it happened twice and both times the buyers backed out. Don't waste your time with them.
