We rented a home on 118 86th street (N) this summer via Long and Foster. We left the house in great condition when we left (we personally scrubbed the bathrooms and kitchen). The owners accused us of breaking things, leaving trash everywhere and generally not taking care of the house. Treated us like animals so they could scam our deposit I guess. For future folks, the house isn't that nice to begin with. The design is pretty poor (master bedroom missing walls and has spiral stairs and the washing machine is stuffed in the bathroom closet - just stupid). Overall pretty disappointed and will not be using Long and Foster nor renting that house again. The strangest thing is that the house moves with no wind blowing. Makes you feel pretty seasick. Try to avoid!
