Seriously fabulous food. We went there two nights in a row because the food was so good. Each night we tried different dishes veal, halibut, duck, pork and they all were fantastic. Beautiful presentation and lovely flavors. The same goes for the appetizers we tried a different one each night. The atmosphere is relaxed the service impeccable. The restaurant serves food at the Berkley farmers market. We got the gyro to take with us for our hike. Absolutely delicious. It was nice to meet the chef there to and have a chat!

Delicious heirloom tomato and burrata salad, roast duck and veal scallopini in a lovely converted house setting. Service was friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was full.

Beautiful setting...amazing owners...and the food is always delicious. My husband always orders the duck and is never disappointed. I have tried many dishes and love the different twists the chef adds to each one.

Just got back from an amazing birthday dinner. Turning 58 years old and my filet was the best I've ever had in all those years. We will definitely be adding Lot 12 Public House to our list of favorites. Service was a 10+. Food was a 10+.

Are you looking for a lovely vintage place in Berkeley Springs? Perhaps a place with high quality food, drink, and service? Look no further! This lovely restored restaurant was built in 1913. Not only is it beautiful on the inside, the view on the patio is equally as captivating. My husband enjoyed his plate of duck and I devoured my rabbit dish. We paired it with a delicious bottle of rose. What a lovely dinner and date night. Thank you to everyone who serviced us! We were very well cared for. ❤️ ️?
