How many times do customers have to call to cancel? Is Lou ever in the office? It's simple, if customers want to cancel don't give them the run around. Horrible customer service.

When I first moved to Virginia, I was given Lou Soscia’s name as a referral for insurance services. Being new to Virginia, I didn’t know where to start. Lou and his team have been amazing! I have never had one issue. It’s hard to find companies that are great. I can truly say that they are! I have many policies with Lou. House, car, renters, personal articles, etc. At some point, it gets confusing to manage them all. He and his team make sure I am up to date and there are no issues at all. I call Lou all the time with questions and he is always available with an answer. His team is great. They are the nicest people to work with.Lou works with me to ensure I have the best rates and most efficient policies. In the past couple years, I have been able to reduce my overall costs because of his commitment to provide the customer with the very best product for their situation. Lou always keeps in touch – even when I am not looking for insurance. A lot of agents come and go but Lou is a great guy – he is here to help. I can’t thank him enough for all the help over the years!

I was a State Farm customer for 15 years because of the fantastic customer service I received from Lou's office, specifically with Marsha. She was always wonderfully responsive, helpful, positive, and informative! Her emails were professional and timely, but she managed to create and maintain a personal connection as well, despite most of my transactions being online. I only left them because I moved out of state!
