I called this provider earlier today to try to obtain a flood and home owners insurance policy for a customer. I spoke with Lisa in the office. From the beginning of the conversation she did not seem very happy to help. She did not have a good attitude at all towards me what so ever. I had everything needed to complete at least a home owners policy without the flood until the needed documents came in. She was hateful and unwilling to help so I choose to end the conversation. She obviously was not wanting to earn anymore local business. When I told her not to worry about moving forward with a quote at the moment all she said was BYE and hung up the phone. If you are wanting to find someone willing to work for you with a good attitude towards you I would not suggest starting here. This was not by any means a pleasant experience. There are many other insurance companies that will help you out and have a positive attitude about it.

Been a customer for 20+ years, never would go anywhere else! Anytime I call or go in my issue is promptly taken care of by some of the most friendly, knowledgeable and professional people I’ve ever known. I highly recommend them to everyone. 5 stars are not enough.
