Sand bags included ?Outrageous. One realises marketing is meant to show case properties but what a depressing realisation when actually visiting and researching various said properties. For example, open countryside views, reality little actual view at all unless you consider flat characterless space with distant view of steel chimney / vast industrial plant, as pleasing. One property on sale I would not have paid half the price for. But then there is the little matter of water. Vast swaths of designated flood risk areas within the areas covered by Lovelle of Barton, little mention of flood issues given in marketing literature. Personally found some property's on offer were perhaps the result of people wanting to leave the area and leave the future flooding to someone else, and given the ever increasing flood risks around some parts its hardly surprising. There will come a point some property values will fall away due to this flood issue, which is why I was disappointed at the lack of mention that future flooding is a serious issue in many of the areas Lovelle are covering. Frankly rather shameful that flood risks present and future is not mentioned, naïve buyers then have to face the problems, not nice.
