Overall Feedback:

Very unprofessional. The emails they sent back and forth to us were unprofessional, everything always took longer than expected, sometimes we had to reach out to them multiple times just to get a single response, and many many months after the job was done and our payment information had been handed over, they neglected to process the charge and lost the info - now suddenly emailing us asking US where their money is.. How can a company seriously drop the ball like this?
