The place is really nicely designed. We were outside guest and my wife and I had lunch with high expectations as we read quite a few excellent reviews although we couldn’t have been more disappointed. The lasagna was extremely dry and pasta was just okay on the menu it was mention tiramisu that after the not good lunch we were expecting dessert and they told us that it wasn’t available because it was frozen... staff was okay. We wanted to see the property (as we go once a year to Tuscany we thought to stay there next time and we wanted to see the rooms and the Italian lady who works at the reception wasn’t very friendly and not very happy about it, she looked at us like we were intruders although the intern from Austria showed us the room and she was very nice. I think you need to be nice with guest and outsiders at the end of the day is a public place.
