The worst experience I've had with a law firm. I was recommended by a family friend who hired Lynch Law Firm many years ago. The first consultation went great they gift you with mugs and paperwork... really making you feel like you have someone on your side. As soon as I left the office everything went downhill. I hired Lynch law firm because I was in car accident and as you know you have to contact your car insurance immediately, being that i hired an attorney i couldn't speak with my insurance directly. One week went passed from our first sit down so i called the lawyers office and the paralegal didn't send my insurance any pictures of my car or even have yet spoken to them yet. 2 weeks pass by i have no update on my case so i call again, they informed me the paralegal working on my case is no longer working there so now i have a new paralegal on my case. Another week passes by no update. I call again and for the SECOND time they told me they haven't spoke to or sent any pictures to my car insurance because once again there is a new paralegal on my case. Now a month passes by and my insurance faults me for the accident because they didn't receive any pictures on my end or any statements on my end. I was so disappointed because i expected the lawyers to be on top of something they should have been. I had to pay the price of being faulted by my insurance in a accident because no information was sent on my behalf. Once my insurance informed the lawyers of that, the lawyers office than sent me a letter saying they will no longer represent me because i'm at fault for the accident! when were they even representing me !? they let my paperwork sit on their desk and collect dust when i could have been speaking to my insurance myself and avoided being at fault for an accident from which i was hit from behind! I truly think they take on more cases than they should!
