This office somehow accessed my file and charged me for someone else's payment of $137.11 for a payment plan that I have never signed up for through state farm. I am livid that I'm having to spend so much time and effort to get my money back.I am trying to alleviate shutting this bank account down, being that it's a credit union and that is how they handle things, they shut the account down and reissue a completely new one. It's not like how the majority of banks do business now where they just reverse the charge back to the vendor.This was the last correspondence from Charle's Oxendine's office (my old agent):Yuki, I attempted to call you multiple times on Thursday and Friday and left you a voicemail. These charges did not occur through our office, nor is this State Farm’s fault. This is FBFCU’s issue, as I mentioned in the voicemail the charge was located, and the initial charge came through State Farm to pull from one of Lynn Kelly’s Agents office clients, not ours. I had them call their client, Yolanda Jones who was supposed to be charged the 137.11, and her payment information is correct as is on file, which means that FBFCU for some reason pulled it from your account, not hers. As you are not willing to cooperate by providing the actual bank statement that corporate requested, and this is not my office issue, please continue this dispute with Lynn Kelly’s office. I will have Charles transfer your homeowners Monday when we re-open.Thank you.
