The professional development I have received while working at Lynx Ny is unlike the opportunities i have received with any of my other positions. If you can handle fast pace and being held accountable your growth is for you to determine. I have also had the opportunity to travel to numerous locations and meet the clients the company works with everyday all through the US which has been a great experience.

Lynx NY has a great company culture. The whole morale encourages self motivated growth while still having competitive aspects to it. The company teaches more aspects than just marketing and sales. Our staff is crosstrained in other aspects of the business and leadership that promote the growth of the company as well the staff themselves.

I interviewed with the company a week ago . It was a great interview experience . I met with the director for the first interview for about 20 minutes . She explained the growth potential the company has . I then came back two days later and met with a account executive that went into more depth about the business structure . I felt that both interview experiences we great . They where both very professional and this seems like a awesome company to work for . I was offered a position . I cant wait to start my journey with such a awesome group of people .

I’ve been at lynx for 5 months and I absolutely love it ! The atmosphere and the culture is like no other. Everyone is always in a great mood and no one ever makes you feel uncomfortable. I also really like the fact that they promote by Merritt. What you put in is what you’ll get out of it. This is deff an amazing place to work with amazing people. The opportunity is great and I’m grateful to have this job !

I absolutely love this office! It always has high energy, great opportunities, and it is a very diverse group. I come from a military background and this company has always remained true and ensured no one is left behind. A huge sense of camaraderie. There is always a lot of work and the financial compensation to go with it if you’re willing to put in the effort and work closely with the others in the office. What an amazing company! I’ve been working here for a month and a half and it has given me a purpose and brought me closer to my goals for life. Before working here, I always wanted to be a entrepreneur but did not really know how to start. Lynx-NY is the perfect training for someone like me who wants to start their own business or businesses! The culture is outstanding! This is a great company for people who value teamwork, helping others and building relationships! You also learn a lot about basic business skills as well.

Coming from a sports background and not having that much experience, I was a little nervous even applying for the position. Being new on the job market I knew that I had to be a little open minded, and I'm glad that I was. I came into Lynx and was taught everything I needed to know in what seemed like a 2 week training process. Don't get me wrong, I still learn from those over me every single day and soak up all of the advice/knowledge that they can provide me with. But Lynx has thoroughly taught and trained on me on entry level sales, marketing, advertising, and even how to provide exceptional customer service skills. It's a very team driven company and they like to keep the atmosphere very upbeat to match their success rate. I've seen 2 promotions since I started and it drives me to get to the same place.
