Friendly staff. Nice office. But with that being said "Real Agents" don't charge upfront fees. Again nice people but a proper agent should want your business because they believe you can make them money, not whose check clears first. Paying "marketing" fees is not talent. Best of luck to them. New people looking at them they want $100.00 to sign me up. I don't pay my employees before I see work done it's the other way around.
