Be aware, when you are the buyer or the seller of a home purchase that involves Lyon Real Estate, after the sale closes - they will send all your neighbors a large glossy full color postcard with a picture of your new home, your address AND the price you paid for it. This self-serving Lyon Real Estate gesture hand delivers your income level to the entire neighborhood as soon as you move in. Unless you're the richest guy or gal on the block, this may not be something you want showing up in everyone's mailbox. This business practice is extremely inappropriate and unnecessary, those postcards could just as easily be sent out without adding the purchase price.
