Feedback:

I wish I could rate at zero. BEWARE. Bought a chair at an online auction described as in "nice condition". It is filthy, fabric is pilled terribly and has extensive cat scratching damage. Mentioned this employee on pick up and he said he thought it came from a home staging company so it had very little use or wear. Are you serious?Contacted owner and that was a complete waste of time. Said she is going to talk to her employee. Big help that is. Beyond that nothing to make things right. Incredibly, she went out of her way to inform me how most people commend her on how honest her listing descriptions are and are surprised that their purchases are better than described. I wonder if she also has a bridge for sale? Buttom line is no offer to make things right just meaningless assurances that she is disappointied and appreciated my feedback. I have a strong feeling that she is far more appreciative of her company's untruthful description meaning getting more money for an item than would be the case with an honest listing description. Dishonest in business, dishonest in customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Feedback:

Customer Service is terrible and they are crooks in my opinion. They sell items within online auctions and if someone purchases an item and pays for it. They keep the money and don't provide any sort of refund. How ridiculous is that?! I had a 50$ item which was a pocket watch that not only do they not ship but they are keeping the money lol! BUYERS BEWARE, not any way to run a business and the reasoning behind their poor reviews everywhere! Sad to see they are still operating. They will be hearing from my legal team shortly.

Feedback:

Buyer BEWARE!! They falsely list items true condition and state of operation to generate sales. I have been buying cautiously but this time might have been the last string. Called and asked about items conditions and operation, MA stated that it works, on pickup I asked MA about it she said it works, her employee stated that it works. You cannot test the item onsite at anytime,so I took it home. guess what.. it didn’t even power up. Take time to avoid consignment centers, they fail to meet professional ethic standards.

Feedback:

We read the description of an item very carefully and even noticed a picture of item being used. Description made no mention of item being defective. Customer service was beyond horrible in trying to resolve problem with item. Very rude on phone.

Feedback:

Buyer BEWARE!!! Do not trust on-line descriptions for on-line auctions from this place. I Recently bid on an item and seller was obviously holding back on honest description of product for an informed bidding experience. When called on her dishonest and deceiving description and photos I was basically told "tough luck, you should have driven in to look at it first". What the owner doesn't understand is that In the on-line auction world is that buyers have a certain level of trust in seller descriptions. I have dealt with several and they will give you an honest appraisal in their description on bid items. Do NOT trust M.A. Williams!
