Overall Feedback:

I was called here for a managerial position. First red flag was that the recruiter was speaking so quickly that i (a call center rep/supervisor) could barely catch what he said. I'm not even sure how many times i had to ask him to repeat himself. Second red flag was that he couldn't tell me how or where he found my resume in order to contact me. What really broke the camal's back was that he couldn't answer any of the following questions over the phone because it was "something to be discussed during the interview process":*What's the starting salary?*Is it a sales positions?*Is there any cold calling?*Is this a call center, or call center setting?*What benefits are included?*Is there a lengthy training class?This is not my first time going out for a position in my field, nor one that I'm comfortable working in and won't change lanes or desired salary. IE: Recruiters, get your stuff together! Trying to force interviews on people without giving them what they want to know is not the way to get employee or potentials in the door.
