We asked Mad Hatter Technology for help developing a social media strategy. As a small non profit, we have very limited resources to get our message of restorative justice to the community for advocating for the varied populations that we work with. Mad Hatter was very patient and helped us to implement mechanisms and devise a strategy the really helped our agency find our social media voice and maximize the resources that we have. Simply put, the team at Mad Hatter was a pleasure to work with. They were able to educate me on the process and continually along the way so that I understood what the outcomes should be and why. A personal touch does not even describe the level of attention that Melanie and her team give to each of their clients. In their current social media series, Mad Hatter takes learning to a level, individually assessing the needs of all attendees, and making sure that the class is structured around the group's desires. If you have time on every other Tuesday morning until the end of May, I highly recommend signing up.
