Mada Custom has been the vendor for our SPUFA Summer and Fall League jerseys since 2012 and we couldn't be happier with the service. Their art team always does a great job on our designs from year to year, and they have never missed a delivery date on any of our orders. Overall they are a great company to work with.

This is the worst local company I've ever had the unpleasantness of dealing with. I emailed in an order, and since I had not placed an order with them before, I asked them to let me know what else I need to do (I was ordering my portion of a group order, as we were advised to email in what we needed). Got a return email saying thanks. The day before I needed my order, I called to see if it was ready to be picked up. Karen was rude on the phone like I was interupting her day, and told me it'd be ready the next day. Went to go pick up the order the next day and was told that since I didn't pay for it in time of processing that it wasn't made. They made a generic apology about how I could re-place the order at a later time and didn't seem to care at all that we were no longer getting the items I had expected. I never got an email from Karen saying when I needed to pay by, or that if I didn't pay by a certain date that the order wouldn't be made. She also never took the time out of her day to actually pull up and check the status of my order when I called to check on it the day before going there to pick it up. It's poor customer service on multiple levels, and its unfortunate that since this is the only company available locally that they can treat people however they want with no regard for customers.
