THROW AWAY THEIR CATALOGUES NOW, save yourself grief there are plenty of other suppliers in the industry! If there was a MINUS zero rating I would give it. Scott Ptter has ruined any CSR positive reputation this company had - Fran Ford would roll over in his grave if he knew how poorly his staff treated clients.
