Although I cannot comment on the quality of the services they provide, this review stands as a WARNING to potential customers. Wesley Padgett (owner of Magnetiks) has a serious integrity problem. On 7/12/18, I gave him a deposit of over $1,600 to begin SEO work for my business website. Before any work commenced, on 7/14/18 I notified him that I had decided to cancel our contract (within 3 business days in accordance with Federal and Texas law) and that I was requesting a refund. We met in person to discuss and he said he would send me a refund. A month later and I still have no refund. During the past 4 weeks, I have asked him several times, and what I get is excuses and delay tactics (and presumably lies). He has promised me "by the end of the week" at least 3 times. No more waiting - it's time to let the public know how he handles his business. The next step is legal action. I will update this review once the situation is resolved.UPDATE APRIL 2019:Well, we finally had our day in court, and guess what? Wesley came prepared...to lie to the judge. AND, he brought his wife in to tell more lies! He tried to misrepresent that he had already done most of the work before I cancelled the contract (lie #1), and his wife misrepresented the details of the original contract I had signed (lie #2). Of course they "couldn't find" a copy of the contract to show to the judge. Thankfully, the judge saw right through it and issued a judgment in my favor in the amount of $1,608.75. Now to get working on collecting my money from these crooks...
