Client Review on Magnets USA
Feedback:
Be very cautious of what you order as you will not be given the full proof. We have been ordering from Magnets USA for three years and this year we did a re order of what we have always done (last two years), proof came through as it has always looked but we were shipped a different product. Sadly the response to us was that we should have known the code/description even though we called and asked the procedure to reorder the same magnet with updated information. Again a "new website/update" was the reason given but at the end of the day we had to accept the product shipped to us even though we did not order it. This will be the last year we order from Magnets USA as we have found another vendor that is willing to work with us vs. treat us as a #.
