Terrible - don't use them. Had them out twice to fix freezer and they could not get it fixed and then when I called them back the lady that scheduled the appointments said I was calling their repairman a liar which was absolutely not true. Don't use them

Fantastic business, the best experience I've ever had with an appliance repair outfit. They explained the options we had (refrigerator problems) well up front and let us make the decisions; the owner spent a lot of time researching our problem and even dealt with the home insurance place we dealt with at the time, really went above and beyond what I expected. They also service the Grinnell area and surrounding. Cannot recommend highly enough.
