Overall it's decent. Pay is ok. Benefits aren't bad. Work hours are good. Now the bad. Training is almost non existent. Just throw you in and expect you to be able to figure it out on the fly. They push safety but don't practice it. I seen so many people doing dangerous things that will get people badly hurt or killed. Hell my 1st week there someone passed away at work. It was sad. My 2nd week someone was badly injured and had to be rushed out. The machine I was working on doesn't work right. So they would just have people get into the electrical box and turn it off and on . There is major chance of shock. All because they don't want to wait for maintenance to fix it. On top of that 3/4 of the people I spoke to pretty much told me that they are alcoholics and will come into work drunk and hungover. If you are in dire need of a job you can work here. But I highly don't recommend it. I'm glad I was called back by a better place and quit Manchester. It is not the place to be. Sorry not sorry.
