Chris Mann is so full of himself. He is a really rude person and a backslider on what he pays to vendors. Whenever he orders something, he will wait untill the job is finished. Than afterwards, come up with excuses as to why not to pay. Mann Communications is run by a retard and I don't recommend ANYONE useing this mans services unless you want to be out of money after you complete something for this deadbeat! He will take it personally.
