I have been with insured with State Farm for 4 years and the girls have been helpful.

Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I've never met the agent. The staff never returns customers phone calls. They only call you will get is from them wanting you to get a state farm credit card. I requested my policy transferred to another agent so I wouldn't be dealing with these issues. When I went a month later to meet with my new agent it turns out they never transfered my information. I went to the office to check on the issue, they lied and blamed it on the agency. I also came to find out they were trying to transfer our policies to the incorrect agent. Save yourself from this staff. They do not hold up to state farms standards.

WOW! What an office so glad I found this State Farm!!! Manny Torres and his staff were over the top helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They completely took care of me and saved me a ton of money every month. I had no idea I was overpaying so much! Nancy really took the time to explain some insurance things I never quite understood, and seemed to genuinely care about my needs. I felt like my needs were important and wasn’t just a check mark on the list. This is not your average insurance office you will not be disappointed!

Nancy is the best in what she does. Very reliable agent to account your loans, insurance policy etc.She’s very respectful and gives you the most relevant and helpful information in regards of your needs.Flexible and communicative agent to talk to as well. If, you have any trouble or doubts about your coverage this is the best place to go to. Best rates and cheaper are found here. Thank you Nancy for making me feel like your family.
