I've had State Farm since I've started driving and never really had a problem with them, until lately my rates have been sporadically going up and up for no particular reason, I went to cancel my policy to take my business else where and despite my policy's being canceled money was still withdrawn from my account, when I tried to address the situation I was given a refund but not for the entire amount owed. Overall just a bad experience and the situation was not addressed appropriately nor correctly.

Thoughtful, thorough, fantastic, helpful, responsive, resourceful, all of the above! Barbara was an very easy agent to work with and really did help me save a few hundred dollars every year on insurance. It's true—I bundled and saved. Saved $220 annually on my Harley insurance. All around great people to do business with.

I have been with Nielsen State Farm for several years now and they are always helpful and provide good customer service. This year I had to utilize my insurance and they were great! They made it seamless to file the claim and to get the repairs done. The repairs were approved without any games - it was obvious that State Farm's first concern was about me, their customer.

I had someone run into my Jeep and pushed it into my nephews car and take out my mail box at 12:30 on a Saturday night. I filed the claim on Sunday - both cars were insured by Marc Nielsen State Farm Agency and I had my check on Thursday and my nephew had his on Friday, I could not ask for better service and the replacement value for both cars was spot on they even covered the cost of the replacement of the mail box. I could not ask for better service. I know if I tried to go through the at-fault drivers insurance I would be waiting weeks instead of payment in 4 business days. Thank you Marc Nielsen State Farm for an ugly accident - made smooth and easy to get through.

This agency is the best. Marc signed life policies for myself and my two children the experience was quick and easy. He explained every option to me and answered all of my questions to help make my decision an easy one. I was happy with the cost as well as the outcome. Their customer service is excellent as well. Very knowledgeable and friendly never make me feel like just another customer and always work quickly and thoroughly to answer any questions regarding my auto or life policies. I highly recommend this office for any insurance needs.

I have never had this good of experience with my insurance agents from start to finish. We shopped around for a while and Mark is the man for the job! He truly is out to make sure you have the correct coverage for your worse day. A++ in our book.
