Wow. All I can remotely say if you expect to buy a high quality product that the manufactures stands behind, you may want to look elsewhere. Very sad to see the way they treat their customers after the purchase has been made. It would appear that they do not stand behind their products as they should. How hard is it now to find excellence in America? Very,I guess.
