I had all my vehicles isured with them, I was paying my insurance on time almost a year and they just decided to Cancelled my policy with such a short notice one day ,they only give me 10 days to look for Insurance with out a letter or anything been sent to my mail, why they make such a decision like that with out a notification and I found out that one of their employees make and error adding someone else in my policy just because we have the same Last Name and of course she wants to get credit on her paycheck adding one more household on my policy with out my Authorization and now since the extra person has 2 losses back in 2012 They’re saying that I have multiple losses and that’s the reason why they cancelled my policy.Btw before all of that one of my vehicles was cancelled with out notice and they were taking my automatic payment as normal and I was doing my normal life thinking that I have insurance and what gets me upset is I drive my kids to school every morning imagine if something would it happen in that period ... what kind of insurance does that!??? I found out everything in one day!!! They issued a letter to DMV to avoid any further penalty’s that I might had... because of their error of canceling one of my vehicles with out notice... Think twice to get Insurance with them .. they can cancel your insurance with out and explanation... this is unfair.. and Lídia was really mean and rude I’m getting same Insurance coverage with different Agent with out any problems! Once again this’s unfair and unacceptable....
