The nicest hotel in the area, perfect if you have business to do in the Mulgrave area. The owners are very kind and warm to their guests, and my business regularly puts up employees here for long stays. If you’re up in Port Hawksbury, this is where you want to sleep.

The Maritime Inn was a good choice between Halifax and Sydney. The front desk was very accommodating and willing to help. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The attached restaurant was very good and seemingly popular with locals. It did not offer free breakfast though it was available in the restaurant at a reasonable price.

Rooms are clean, quiet and comfy and you're guaranteed a good night's rest. It's a bit pricey given the competition (or lack thereof). I would suggest checking out one of the local bnb's near by but this is a safe option if you don't feel like being social and need a comfy bed.
