Very unhappy afters 15 years.

I have never worked with such an unprofessional agency in my life! They took money paid for 6 months car insurance, put me in Underwriting review for too long of time with no end in sight. A woman in their office tormented me with stupid things that had no relevancy at all. All I received was bogus lies and some pretty crazy/weird interaction. Corporate would not help, other agents would not, and I had to pay even more for new insurance with a REPUTABLE company, which was hardship for me. They jerked me around for days, took not only my money but my time too, and ended up actually making me sick from the stress. I thought Stste Farm was reputable? (Guess not).My advice: Pass them by.

Agent has been our grandparents financial planner since . . . 80's, 70's----overall, very very knowledgeable. But, agent is pushy . . . while appearing very sincere. One wants to trust, but there is just something that makes one question. Especially when pushing things to older people and their heirs do not get in on it or understand it completely. Certainly, some items were very beneficial to our departed Grandparents and have benefited our parents . . .Only other item . . .difficulty with communication. Email is not fluent for this office.Overall, very skilled.
