Our family has been with Mark Krueger for over 17 years. He has seen our family grow, which naturally comes with different houses, cars and life insurance needs. With each change in our lives, we would meet with Mark and have him guide us to what we need to do to protect ourselves. During the few times we had claims, Mark and his staff were supportive and made sure we understood the process and answered our many questions. My car was totaled in a non-at-fault accident in June. The timing of this accident was, of course, not ideal, but after having gone through the process, I am so grateful to have State Farm for auto insurance. Mark Kruger and Ashley Bedow were easy to communicate with and worked with my best interest in mind. Ashley even came into the office on a Saturday to accommodate my schedule. I anticipate being a lifelong customer of State Farm and would recommend this office to anyone!
