Ok but needs some upgrading. The old part looking shabby.

Half the shops are empty. It looks like no mans land. The next 2 years it will be a building site, whilst the council "regenerate". The shops that are there are ok. Too many nailbars, hairdressers and coffee shops. It's sad to see the town so deserted.
