I gave 1 star just to be able to write a review on this most horrible and unprofessional company! Unbelievable what I experienced today!! I was called for a shopping research study by Patrica on Sept 13th ,2019.She put me through a 16 minute screening process and let me know at this point I Definately qualified and gave the details. Researchers were going to do this project at my home and would arrive today Sept 26@ 9am . The study would go until noon with the topic being "shopping ".Patricia let me know that my next step would be an e mail the day before my study( meaning yesterday)).When no e mail arrived, I called her line 3 times to confirm. No call backs. For this morning since she had definitely scheduled me, I had taken off work from my day job ( they always support me), I woke at 7 to prepare for study team to arrive at my home. 9am and no one arrived!!I immediately called Market research dallas to see what's going on, After speaking to 2 women , then finally Patricia, much fumbling around, no one story matching another, I finally got Patricia . She didn't even know who I was at first, then after much of nothing, told me " I'm so sorry, but you didn't qualify and I called to tell you that! ?!?!Really?!?Ah no you didn't!! Nothing! That just let me do a great amount of planning around them and completely blew me off,, Know this- I am a professional working female with a full time job in Management. I enjoy the research studies that I have done all over Dallas for the last 15 yrs with several different companies. Always 100 % with them and with me.This company is horrible! Stay away! I will be filing with The BBB today! Don't work with them! And if you are a company thinking of hiring them- DON'T
