this will clear up any misconception but also uncover the truth of this company. fact: there is no salary, the pay is all commission. ofcourse commission pay logically makes the most sense for any company to offer. you do good? you get paid. that's fair. however, the company is very misleading because they tell their possible candidates the pay is "base plus commission" and that the base salary starts at around $40k a year: obviously not true. this is the issue, they lie about what they do. if they came out straight and told you "all commission and you'll basically be at (such and such place, ex: walmart) trying to get people to sign up w. Xfinity" then there wouldn't be so many bad reviews. in order to gain attraction and interest from people, the mask the bad and build this facade of neatness. the managment is a hilariously structured. if you don't work as a salesman/or saleswoman, then you're crowded up in 1 small office promised such and such, yet never 1 of those promises are fulfilled. overall, the company lies thru social media and such to gain attraction. i can definitely assure you this is all 100% accurate and that I do not write this w. any resentment, as I feel i did not intentionally bash this company but only provided an overall review on the legitimacy and truthfulness of the company.
